LaBrie Small Craft is a sole proprietorship boat shop located in Exeter, Maine, surrounded by stands of northern white cedar, ash, and other classic boatbuilding woods. We use these native materials with modern epoxy systems to create very strong and easily maintained boats – much lighter than comparable fiberglass models. We specify only the finest marine hardware, sails and accessories.

Most importantly, we only build 1-3 boats per year (that’s not a typo). We do not “custom build;” we only construct row/sail skiffs. Each of our boats gets lots of attention!!
